Panorama de l’impact de la santé intime des femmes au travail

Overview of the impact of women’s intimate health at work
Periods, menopause, pregnancy, infertility… 100% of working women face intimate health issues throughtout their careers. And this is without even considering chronic gynecological conditions (excluding cancer) , which affect 1 in 3 women..
Last June, a report presented to the Senate highlighted the lack of gender-based data on occupational health and more specifically shed light on the impact of intimate health on women’s professional lives.
My S Life chose to address this issue in partnership with Verspieren, an insurance broker and expert in employee benefits, by publishing the first Panorama on the Impact of Women’s Intimate Health at work..
This research was built using absenteeism and healthcare spending by gender based on a panel of 420,000 insured individuals, as well as a body of surveys conducted over the past ten years related to women’s intimate health in the workplace. From this unprecedented analysis, several key insights emerged :
- on the impact of intimate health on professional life,
- practical solutions to improve working conditions and employee engagement.
